Hong Kong Bank and in London and Asia since 1977.
Since founding CI in 1987, he has
directed the entire range of CI's activities as the
firm's chief executive.
He is a Member of The Chartered Institute of
Arbitrators, and Notarus Society.
He has been admitted
as a Freeman and Arbitrator of the City of London. |

Mr. Wiesendanger is a Swiss
national with extensive experience in banking, insurance
and management. Peter is the Managing Director of
Singapore. |

After leaving Oxford Mr. Eddlestone
worked with Michael Shone in an English firm of solicitors
before establishing his own law practice and is now Senior
Partner in London of Hamilton Downing Quinn, Solicitors.
He is an expert on intellectual property, copyright and
Company Law. Mr. Eddlestone manages the affairs of CI's
United Kingdom subsidiary and handles London and
Paris-based arbitrations for CI together with CI's Legal
Department. |

Julian Sale has a background in
marketing and sales management in the media and publishing
industry in Asia and Europe with Newsweek International,
the Harvard Business Review and travel book publishers,
Insight Guides and Periplus Editions. Having worked
throughout the Asia-Pacific region and the Middle East for
many years, he has broad practical and management
experience of companies in the very diverse business
environments of these regions. He has also served in the
British Army in Germany and Britain. |

Oscar Chen |

Mr. Chen has 10 years of
investigative experience as an officer at the Independent
Commission Against Corruption in Hong Kong. Subsequently,
he served as a consultant to international companies and
law firms operating in Taiwan and built up extensive
experience in multi-jurisdictional fraud investigations in
the PRC, Hong Kong,Taiwan, and the Philippines. He joined
CI as a director at the firm's start and currently manages
the Taipei office. He is a member of the International
Association of Security Managers. |

Timothy Le
Cornu |

Director, Australia, New Zealand
and the Pacific |
|
A Chartered Accountant, Mr. Le
Cornu has worked in the Insolvency industry for almost
twenty years. He has extensive experience in all aspects
of formal insolvency administrations in Australia and
Asia. He has worked in Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore
for ten years and has been involved in a number of
corporate restructures and debt workouts throughout the
region. Mr. Le Cornu heads CI’s Australasian office and is
based in Melbourne. |
